What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Neu renoviertes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, dass sehr zu empfehlen ist. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche. Mit allem Komfort, was man sich so wünscht. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück für etwa 22.-Euro ist auch sehr gut, sieht man von den alten, matschigen und vollkommen inakzeptabelen Brot und Brötchen ab. Es gibt alles für gutes Frühstück: frische Früchte, Eier, Säfte Lachs und und und...in wunderschöner Räumlichkeit im Restaurant im Erdegeschoss. Im Tiefgeschoss befinden sich die Sauna und der Fitnessraum. Die Sauna fand ich etwas zu kalt (80 Grad),vor der Sauna ist leider nur eine Liege zum Entspannen Ab 2 Personen muss man aufeinander liegen. Der Fitnessraum ist photographisch durch die verspiegelten Wände sehr gut in Szene gesetzt, aber sehr klein und nur für das Nötigste geeignet. Insgesamt alles sehr schön und gut 👍 und ich würde sofort wieder dort übernachten. Manche Zimmer sind durch die vorbei fahrenden Straßenbahnen etwas laut Es gibt aber auch ruhige Zimmer zur Innenseite. Klare Empfehlung!

Polen ist bekannt für die leckere Küche, leider ist es in diesem Hotel untergegangen. Wenig Auswahl , Vorspeisen kommen einen vor wie Tiefkühlkost. Haben weiter auch nichts mehr zum Abend essen bestellt, war genug.  Das Frühstück ist da schon besser , doch auch da bei keinen nahmen haften Hotels in Polen ist das Frühstück deftiger und so wie es sein soll , lecker. Das Personal ist sehr nett freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns dann leckere Ambiente empfohlen, das war dann Mega. Am besten in die Altstadt gehen da hat man dann alles.

酒店管理有些地方還是可以的啊，但是下雨了沒有雨傘沒有任何其他措施也是醉了，我覺得如果服務可以再好一些就可以提升一下。
